Acceptable use policy

Purpose

ComicWave supports lawful creative expression while protecting people, intellectual property and the reliability of the service. This policy applies to source material, prompts, references, generated output, shared links and account behavior.

Prohibited content

Do not use ComicWave for child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats or instructions for violent wrongdoing; targeted harassment; fraud, impersonation or deceptive influence; malware; unlawful discrimination; or content that violates applicable law.

People, likeness and privacy

Do not create sexual, humiliating or materially deceptive depictions of a real person without authorization. Do not use private personal data to target, expose or endanger someone. Public-figure satire must not be presented as authentic evidence.

Copyright and trademarks

Upload only material you are entitled to use. Do not ask ComicWave to reproduce protected work in a way that infringes another person’s rights or falsely suggests endorsement. Reports are handled through the copyright process.

Enforcement

ComicWave may block a request, remove access to content, preserve evidence, limit an account or terminate service. We consider context, severity, repetition and legal obligations. You may contact support@comicwave.ai if you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken.
