Credits explained
Reserve before work
A paid job holds its maximum estimated credits in one transaction before it enters the queue. Held credits are unavailable to other jobs but are not yet lifetime spend.
Settle or release
Successful work settles the actual cost and releases any difference. Failed eligible work releases the full hold. The append-only ledger records every movement.
Quality tiers and prices
Image work costs 9 credits for Draft, 15 for Standard and 45 for Final, per panel or image action. Story to Comic and Fast Comic use Standard. Character sheets cost 15 credits; background removal and upscale cost 2. Layouts, lettering and exports are free. Paid story planning starts at 4 credits. A maximum hold is quoted by story size before you confirm; the final charge follows completed work and unused credits return. Drawing is priced separately at 15 credits per Standard panel. Free story planning is limited to one page, four panels and 12,000 source characters, within the daily planning allowance. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Credit packs increase the balance but do not raise daily limits.
Daily ceilings
Daily ceilings limit accidental or automated overspend even when the account has a larger balance. Support reconciliation compares the cached balance with the ledger and never silently rewrites it.
