Terms of service
Agreement and eligibility
By using ComicWave you agree to these terms and the acceptable use policy. You must be able to form a binding contract and be at least the minimum age required in your location. Classroom use must be controlled by an authorized adult account.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access credentials and activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant ComicWave and its processors a limited license to host, transform and transmit that material only to operate, secure and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted stories, likenesses, references, logos and other material.
Generated output
Subject to law and third-party rights, ComicWave does not claim ownership of generated output created for your account. Generative systems can produce similar, inaccurate or unwanted material; you are responsible for reviewing output and securing any rights needed for publication or commercial use.
Credits, subscriptions and billing
Generation work reserves credits before execution and settles the actual amount after completion. Failed eligible work releases the reservation. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the merchant of record shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal terms and currency are confirmed before payment.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment or conduct that harms users or the service. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to export private work.
Service limitations
ComicWave is provided on an as-available basis. Generation quality, availability and provider behavior can vary. The final warranty, liability cap, indemnity, dispute process, governing law and legal entity must be completed by counsel before these terms are used for paid service.
