ComicWave for marketers

Last updated 17 September 2026

Pick a format

For social posts, choose “Social carousel” as the output format in Story to Comic, or start a 1080 × 1350 carousel canvas in Blank Studio. Blank Studio also offers a 16:9 storyboard canvas and custom sizes in pixels or millimetres for other placements.

The carousel export delivers each page as a 1080 × 1350 px slide, as numbered JPEG files in a ZIP. You can set a safe margin of 32, 64 or 96 px, add slide numbers and include up to 80 characters of branding text. Slides are always 1080 × 1350; there is no square or 16:9 carousel preset. Carousel export is part of Starter and higher.

Images for web and email

PNG and JPEG exports are available on every plan at 150, 300 or 600 dpi, and WebP is available from Starter. Free exports carry a ComicWave watermark; paid plans don’t.

Keep characters on brand

Create mascots and recurring characters in Cast and lock their looks, so drawings follow their Must match references. Characters from your library can be pulled into other projects, and a new episode in a series reuses the approved cast, world and style. Fast Comic offers nine style presets. Custom styles are marked as coming soon, and there are no brand kit, colour palette or logo settings yet.

Review claims before you publish

ComicWave doesn’t check marketing claims. Read the plan and the finished pages for accuracy, prices and product promises before anything goes out. The acceptable use policy forbids fraud, impersonation, deceptive influence and false endorsement, and you are responsible for the work you publish.

Commercial use

Starter and Creator list commercial-use rights, and Studio includes everything in Creator; the Free plan doesn’t. The terms are still marked as a pre-launch draft pending counsel review, so check them, and any third-party rights, before a paid campaign.
