Two kinds of fact about a character

The split is the whole trick. Identity travels to every panel. Scene state travels to one scene and then stops.

Identity traitsSTABLE · ALL PANELS
Face
Sharp jaw, freckles across the nose
Hair
Black, white streak at the left temple
Build
Tall, narrow shoulders
Default outfit
Yellow oilskin coat
Scene stateTEMPORARY · SCENE 2
Condition
Soaked through, hair flat
Carrying
The sealed parcel, both arms
Injury
Cut above the right eyebrow
Ends at
Scene 3 — dry, parcel handed over
Every reference you attach is marked Authoritative (match this) or Inspirational (borrow the feel). Locking the face makes it authoritative everywhere, and a locked trait tells you how many panels it affects before you change it.

What you get

Approved cast references

Approve a character sheet once. Relevant panel jobs receive it as labeled evidence, and every output remains reviewable.

Editable lettering

Bubbles and captions are vector objects. Rewrite a line for free, forever.

Per-panel fixes

Every panel is its own asset, so one bad frame is one small job — not a new page.

Export to spec

PNG per view plus one composed sheet, reusable across every project in the library.

How it works

01
Describe it

Describe the character, or point at a panel you already like.

02
Approve the plan

Panels, dialogue and cast are shown as text with the credit reserve before anything is drawn.

03
Fix what you want

Panels arrive one by one. Redraw one, edit the words, switch the layout — Studio is free to open.
